Jeff began his leadership journey with his distinguished U.S. Navy career in May 2000, when he enlisted as an Intelligence Specialist. Over six years of dedicated service, he played a pivotal role in intelligence operations, deploying in support of the Global War on Terror including Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and others. Jeff’s time in the Navy involved complex, high-stakes missions where he provided critical intelligence insights, aiding U.S. military operations across the globe.

 

After his military service in 2006, Jeff built a career in operations management, applying the leadership skills he developed in the Navy. He has a proven track record of building high-performing, profitable teams. Jeff’s focus on aligning team efforts with business goals and his expertise in P&L management have driven consistent growth and success. Known for fostering collaboration, accountability, and trust, he empowers teams to deliver results while creating a positive, high-performing culture.
